1、 Overview:
Our company's scientific research and technical personnel have found in long-term engineering practice that most urban catering industries in China only install oil-water separators to separate oil and water in the sewer system, while neglecting the treatment of more oily swill. Some directly use swill to feed pigs. With the recent spread of African swine fever epidemic, many places have strictly prohibited swill feeding pigs and require catering business owners to achieve solid-liquid separation and oil-water separation of swill, and collect the reduced solid matter by qualified institutions for centralized treatment.
The so-called kitchen waste processors and swill processors currently available in the market mostly rely on crushing and grinding solid materials before entering the municipal pipeline network. They not only fail to reduce pollution, but also exacerbate water pollution. Essentially, they only transfer pollution and do not truly achieve solid-liquid separation or oil-water separation. To this end, our company has organized scientific research and technical personnel to conduct technical research and development. Through repeated experiments and bold practice, we have developed a new generation of GSCL type unpowered swill processor that is suitable for China's national conditions. This processor completely eliminates the need for electricity and only requires regular slag and oil discharge, thus saving investment and reducing operating and maintenance costs. It is suitable for the catering industry, especially for places with small drainage, high oil and impurity content such as hot pot.
2、 Scope of application:
It can be widely used for the treatment of kitchen swill in hotels, restaurants, canteens, food processing plants, and can also be used in conjunction with other water treatment devices.
3、 Working principle:
If sewage is directly discharged into urban drainage pipes without treatment, it will form so-called "gutter oil", which will have an impact on drainage equipment and urban sewage treatment plants; If pigs are fed, it will produce so-called 'swill pigs' and cause disease transmission.
The GSCL type swill processor developed by our company can not only filter out food residues to achieve solid-liquid separation, but also separate oily wastewater under the action of gravity using natural float method with the help of oil-water density difference. It can treat both swill and oily wastewater generated from washing pots and bowls.
On the basis of the oil-water separator, a solid-liquid separation device is added at the front end of the equipment to completely separate the solid and liquid in the swill, reducing both the solid volume and water content. The solid is collected regularly and transported outside. The oil-water separation function is achieved through the clever design of the internal structure of the product, based on the shallow pool sedimentation theory, applying the principle of opposite flow separation and the dialectical relationship between turbulent and laminar flow, so that during the process of sewage flowing through the oil-water separation zone, the flow velocity decreases, the water flows downward, and the oil droplets float upward. Practice has proven that this product can remove more than 90% of floatable oil with a particle size of over 60um. The content of animal and vegetable oil in the discharged wastewater is lower than the third level standard (100mg/L) in the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996), and can even reach the second level standard (15mg/L).
4、 Product features:
1. A single device can filter the solid matter in the swill in the solid-liquid separation zone, and then enter the oil-water separation zone for oil-water separation. Unlike other manufacturers who rely on grinding and crushing to discharge the solid into the water and transfer pollution, it truly achieves the three-phase separation of solid, oil, and water.

High technical content: Due to the use of shallow pool sedimentation theory, as well as the principles of anisotropic flow separation and turbulent boundary layer, the separation surface per unit pool capacity has been increased, greatly improving the effect of oil-water separation, shortening the residence time of wastewater, greatly reducing equipment volume, and saving land occupation and cost.
3. No electricity, no power, cost saving: simply pour the swill into the equipment, easily achieving the separation of solid, oil, and water phases. 1. Installation instructions
This product can be placed inside or outside the kitchen, simply connect the drain hose to the drainage pipe. If it is necessary to treat oily wastewater in the sewer, a semi buried installation can also be used. Align the drainage pipe with the inlet of the oil-water separator with a grille (debris separation box),
During installation, the swill processor must be adjusted to a horizontal position.
If the position of the oil discharge pipe is too low, you can open the equipment cover and use tools to remove the oil.
When draining oil, first open the drain valve, drain a portion of the water at the bottom, and then collect the waste oil.
2. Equipment maintenance instructions
After daily use, the debris in the filter basket should be emptied and the oil stains on the filter screen should be cleaned to avoid clogging the filter screen.
After daily use, the waste oil in the oil collection tank should be cleaned: first open the drain valve at the bottom of the tank, drain some of the water, and then collect the waste oil.
During use, the interior of the equipment should be regularly rinsed with clean water, usually every two weeks or depending on the situation.
